Crafted from 45+ year-old massale selection Cabernet Franc vines rooted in ancient Turonian limestone and flint soils on the right bank of the Cher Valley, this wine showcases exceptional purity with yields limited to 35 hl/hectare.

Artisan Barrel Aging & Natural Winemaking

Fermented in stainless steel with native yeasts for 15 days before transferring to custom-made 228L barrels (crafted from oak selected and aged by Valentin himself) for 12 months' élevage. Unfined, unfiltered, with minimal sulfur (3g/hl at bottling only), respecting natural winemaking principles.

Dark Fruit & Lacy Tannins
