With an average vineyard age of 35 years, it features 35 parcels across Cuchery, Baslieux, Leuvrigny, Troissy, and Mareuil le Port, primarily planted with Pinot Meunier, along with Chardonnay and a small amount of Pinot Noir.
Under Régis's stewardship, the estate has embraced organic practices, abandoning herbicides to protect biodiversity and enhance soil health. Flourishing flora and fauna, along with the use of horses for aeration, contribute to the vineyard’s vitality.
