Product Description
A Garnacha masterpiece from Rioja's Alto Najerilla Valley. This wine sources old-vine fruit from two historic parcels—Tejares in Cordovín and Pornadilla in Badarán—showing the variety's most elegant and expressive character.
The 2024 vintage is pale and delicate, fermented destemmed in plastic bins with indigenous yeasts and matured for 12 months in 500-liter used barrels. The result is an ethereal, floral wine with rosehip, orange peel, pomegranate, and fresh elderberry notes. The palate is slim and nervy, with almost imperceptible tannins and a sinuous texture.
At only 13% alcohol, this is a weightless Garnacha with remarkable energy and precision. Previous vintages have earned outstanding scores—96 points from Wine Advocate, Vinous, and James Suckling. Only 1,200 bottles produced.
