The Pouilly-Fumé is a delicious, light and dry white showcasing ripe acidity, green apple, citrus, and hints of peach, with a mineral-driven profile. In a follow-up tasting, the same Pouilly-Fumé presented a golden yellow color with floral and citrus aromas, its honeyed tannins pairing well with Japanese sashimi and flounder dishes.
