Sylvain Bzikot presides over a 15-hectare estate in the renowned Burgundian commune of Puligny-Montrachet. The domaine was gradually built up by Sylvain's grandfather, who arrived from Poland just before WWII, when land was plentiful and affordable. While the family previously sold most of their grape harvest in bulk to négociants, Sylvain now bottles the entire production, including an acclaimed Bourgogne Chardonnay sourced from Puligny-Montrachet vineyards just below the elevation required for the appellation. Through generations of meticulous viticulture and winemaking, Sylvain has elevated the quality and reputation of his family's estate, crafting Burgundies that embody the terroir of this prestigious Côte de Beaune region.
