Val delle Corti is a small, family-run farm with four hectares of specialized vineyards plus a couple more that are rented, as well as about 400 olive trees. The property is organically farmed and partly biodynamic. The vineyards are aged between four and 40 years. After Giorgio Bianchi passed away prematurely in 1999, his son Roberto took over the winery. He and his wife Lis have succeeded in developing the farm’s potential and bringing its wine production to an excellent standard.
The ‘genius loci’ of Val delle Corti is the sangiovese grape and we work to bring out all its potential with passion and luck. Organic and biodynamic farming seem to us to be the best methods, respecting nature and the history of our land which shows its gratitude in the fruits it bestows.
