Established in 1994 in the heart of the internationally renowned Marlborough region, Whitehaven is the realisation of the White family’s vision to create a respected and critically acclaimed winery. Sailing the Pacific, they set a new course for the Marlborough Sounds, dropped anchor and launched a wine label – Whitehaven. The wines are produced from 100% Marlborough fruit and bottled in New Zealand. Made from grapes cropped at or below set parameters and in carefully managed vineyards, the wines are produced sustainably from vineyards that are SWNZ certified. Best known for its Sauvignon Blanc, a flagship wine with intense tropical fruit, citrus, and herbaceous notes, they also produces Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, and Riesling.
