The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Au Sommet is made from 97% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Petit Verdot. Deep garnet-purple colored, it charges out with powerful notes of blackcurrant preserves, juicy blackberries, and mulberries, plus nuances of cedar chest, anise, and potpourri. The concentrated, full-bodied palate is jam-packed with black fruit and exotic spices layers, supported by a solid backbone of firm, grainy tannins and great tension, finishing long and opulent.
