100% Chardonnay from a 2.15-hectare parcel across Pied d'Aloup and Côte de Bréchain, gently pressed and fermented exclusively in stainless steel to protect freshness. Charles Curtis MW notes "aromas of gooseberry and cream with a suggestion of oyster shell," finishing with "a salty, mineral tang."
Allen Meadows calls it "exuberantly floral-suffused," with "tidal pool, citrus zest and plenty of iodine character" on a racy, finely detailed palate.
