100% Pinot Noir from this rare 0.61-hectare monopole beside Ruchottes-Chambertin grand cru, hand-harvested with a short pre-fermentation maceration and vatted over three weeks before 16–18 months in oak, two-thirds new. The result is a structured, terroir-driven Gevrey-Chambertin of real pedigree.
Ripe black cherry and rose petal aromas meet earth and a touch of liquorice, with silky tannins carrying a long, elegant finish. Built for cellaring, this monopole rewards patience.
