The grapes grow in distinctive limestone molasse and limestone scree soils, mirroring the domaine's unique terroir, with 50-year-old vines producing concentrated, flavorful fruit. Crafted using traditional methods - direct pressing, 12-hour settling, and stainless steel fermentation - the wine ages for 6 months on its lees, developing remarkable complexity while maintaining vibrant freshness.
