This Bourgogne Rouge, made from 50-year-old vines farmed biodynamically, offers a bright and fresh red-fruit profile with earthy and spicy notes. Vinified with 20% whole clusters in a mix of concrete and used Burgundian pièce, it balances tart red fruit, earth tones, and smooth acidity. While still slightly tannic, it will improve with another year or two of aging, showcasing the purity and richness of red Burgundy.
