Champagne Clairevalis (the name given by St. Bernard for the monastery he founded) is brewed from grapes from the hillside of Uerville, grown organically, and planted during the Cido period. Clairevalis is the expression and reflection of the landscape and the land that humans have cultivated here since the 12th century.
