Elise Bougy Les Mesneux 1er Cru Vibration MX19 2019

This cuvée is made from the “Le Monts-Chainqueux” parcel. Planted with Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes, this parcel lies at the foot of the Montagne de Reims, influenced by the chalk plain with its ancient dry valleys and low hills. This Premier Cru Les Mesneux vineyard, planted in 1965, lies on a terroir composed of chalk topped by silt and sand with clayey loam, benefiting from a south-easterly exposure. The finest grapes from this locality have been selected and vinified in a 600-litre half-muid specially set aside for its quality. The wines are bottled under cork and aged for 44 months.
