This Fingers Crossed Syrah is a red made from Syrah, with a little Mourvèdre and Roussanne. It's aged 20 months in oak barrels, mostly new, which adds gentle spice. Expect violets, blue fruit and smoked meat. Its maker is the son of the Sine Qua Non founder.
Open it with steak, lamb or barbecue. It suits red wine collectors who like a full, bold bottle for a special dinner.
