Product Description
After a 9-12 day fermentation with skins, this Barolo matures for 24 months in 15 hl oak barrels, followed by an additional year in the bottle before release. It's a fine, lighter Barolo with red fruit, rose petal, and leather notes. Medium-bodied with well-integrated tannins, it pairs well with risotto and scallops. The bouquet is rich, featuring ripe red fruit, dried flowers, and sweet spices, while the palate is velvety with young, soft tannins and a long, warm finish.
