Laherte Frères Rose de Meunier Extra Brut

The wine displays deep salmon hues, reminiscent of wild sockeye, almost terracotta in color. It offers intense aromas of strawberry and raspberry, which evolve into cranberry over time. The palate features a pleasant yeasty, brioche note alongside cherry flavors, culminating in a medium-plus long finish. Made from 100% Pinot Meunier, it has lovely chalky minerality and a hint of raspberry tart. With a dosage of 2.5g/L and no disgorgement date, this extra brut wine boasts fantastic acidity and delicate fruit, making for a very classy and enjoyable experience with a lovely peach color and not too much sweetness.
