Ripe citrus, baked pear, white flowers and almond meet crushed chalk on the nose, unfolding into a taut, saline palate with fine bubbles and vibrant acidity. The finish runs long and precise, closing on zesty citrus and a chalky mineral edge, a genuinely artisanal champagne.
