Gratavinum
One of Priorat's most compelling estates, Gratavinum is the only winery in the region to hold full Demeter biodynamic certification - farming old-vine Grenache and Carignan on ancient llicorella slate and Carboniferous sandstone soils in Gratallops.
Founded by viticulturist Carles Ortega, every wine is hand-harvested, fermented with native yeasts, and crafted with minimal intervention to let Spain's most dramatic terroir speak for itself.
