Billaud-Simon Chablis 1er Cru Les Vaillons 2023 is a beautifully crafted white wine from a storied estate. Six carefully selected Vaillons parcels are fermented separately, then blended and aged for several months to create this focused expression. Expect ripe citrus, apple, green plum, and flint on the nose and palate.
Taut and focused with excellent balance, it finishes long with bright lemon and mineral notes - a classic Chablis that rewards both immediate enjoyment and careful contemplation.
