Sourced from Quincy and Brinay in the Loire, Domaine Les Poëte Argos 2022 is a Sauvignon Blanc bottled as Vin de France rather than under the Quincy appellation. Each parcel is fermented and matured separately before blending, with extended ageing on fine lees—the yeast sediment remaining after fermentation.
Ripe citrus, zest and subtle smoke lead the aromas. The palate is dry and lively, with a firm texture, a saline edge and a gently bitter finish that keeps the fruit in focus.
