A magnificent wine providing a gentle and persistent salivation from which the umami flavor bursts forth.Three years of maturation distinguish Domaine Les Poëte Orphée 2022, a Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire. Guillaume Sorbe’s cuvée comes from Reuilly vineyards but is labelled Vin de France, placing the emphasis on its individual parcels rather than the appellation.
Red apple, yellow plum and mandarin lead the aromas, with toasted almond and a subtle smoky note adding depth. The palate is rounded and generous, balanced by mouth-watering acidity, fresh lemon flavours and a long, mineral finish.
