Bordeaux-Style Barrel Aging & Minimal Intervention
Following 22 days of careful vatting with gentle extraction, the wine matures for 18 months in ex-Château Cheval Blanc and Château Mangot barrels without new oak, preserving fruit purity while adding complexity. Bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfites, respecting natural winemaking principles.
