What is the frequency of the wine subscription?

The subscription runs and is charged monthly.

 

Can I state my preference?

Yes, you can first choose the combination of the bottles e.g. 1 Red and 1 White, or leave it random. For the Collector and Oenophile Tiers, you can also state your preference of the wines, such as Old World, New World, Back Vintage etc.

 

What is “Personalized Selection” for the Collector and Oenophile Tiers?

We make selections based on your stated preferences and historical purchase records. You are also welcomed to tell us your preference in detail.

 

How is the retail value calculated?

The retail value will be the lower of our official retail price and offer price.

 

When will I be charged for recurring subscription?

You will be charged on the monthly anniversary date of your first subscription. For example, if your first subscription date is on the 7th, you will be charged on the 7th every month.

 

When will the wines be delivered?

The wines are delivered monthly.

In every month, the wines will be delivered within a week upon your subscription. For example, if your first subscription date is on the 7th, the wines will be delivered to you on or before 14th. After that, the wines will be delivered every 30 days based on your first subscription date. In the previous example, the wines will be delivered between 8th and 14th.

 

Can I cancel the subscription anytime?

Yes, the subscription runs every month. You can cancel anytime.
