Artisanal producer Champagne R. Faivre was founded in 1953 and has been under the direction of the third generation since 2000. David and his small, but dedicated, team work 5.5 hectares of vines in the Belval-sous-Châtillion commune with the objective of producing terroir-driven wines with respect for nature.
Organically farmed and committed to environmental preservation, the limited production wines are characterised by their precision and singular expression.
Pinot Meunier is a vital part of R. Faivre’s DNA: making up 80% of their vines, this lesser-known varietal is characterised by complex aromas that marry freshness and finesse.
