Elegant Power & French Oak Refinement
Fermented in stainless steel with 10% indigenous yeasts, then aged 15 months in French oak foudres (45%) and barrels (55% new), the 2019 showcases remarkable balance despite the warm vintage. Expect attractive aromas of blackberry, blueberry, clove, cedar, and chocolate, opening to a full-bodied palate with fine, chewy tannins, juicy dark fruits, and flavors of vanilla, coffee, and Mediterranean herbs.
