Before Big Day
How early in advance should we order?
It is suggested to place the order 7 business days before your big day. This is because we have to liaise with the venue regarding the delivery logistics.
Can we pay deposit first and settle the balance right before the banquet when we have the final count of guest?
Yes, you can.
We have a mix of heavy and beginner drinkers. How do we calculate quantities accurately?
For heavy-drinkers, we would recommend 1 bottle for 4 pax. For beginners, the ratio will be 1 bottle for 8 pax. The ratio will be slightly different for different combination of wines and spirits.
Can we split the delivery into multiple locations? (e.g. bride's place, hotel)
Yes, you can. Just let us know in advance.
We have no idea what we like. Can you provide any recommendations?
Yes, you can start with picking the body (light, med, full), then go for the profile (fruity, creamy, oaky), and then the region (old world, new world). In any case, we can provide personalized recommendations.
Should we buy standard or magnum bottles?
Magnums are usually preferred in big events, especially after-party. However, the choices will be less for magnums. Our recommendations will be serving standard bottles for white and red wines, and magnum for champagne.
Do you offer personalized labels (e.g. "Mr & Mrs Chan")?
Yes, we can do engraving on the bottle, or personalized wine label. Please reserve extra working days.
On Big Day
Should we put a full bottle on every table, or should we have a bartender pour?
Guest usually consumes more if the bottle is placed on the table. Hence, it depends what you prefer.
After Big Day
What if we have unopened wines after the banquet?
We accept return of unopened wines which are of same condition as when we shipped. Customer, however, needs to deliver themselves or pay for the return delivery.
