Hélène Beaugrand, recognized as Champagne in 1927, cultivates vines in Montgueux with calcareous soils and Silex veins, creating a unique terroir. This terroir produces aromatic and complex Chardonnays, providing exceptional conditions for Champagne growth. The vineyards predominantly feature Chardonnay, complemented by smaller plots of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. With a focus on quality, Hélène crafts six Champagnes exclusively from vines aged at least 45 years, yielding an annual production of around 25,000 bottles. Beyond her standard Cuvées, Hélène's limited edition 100% Pinot Meunier from Montgueux exemplifies terroir expression, showcasing her as a genuine "grower champagne" producer.
