侯伯王酒莊
Founded in 1525 by Jean de Pontac, meaning "high hill", Haut-Brion made it the oldest Bordeaux estate with uninterrupted wine production. Adored by English royalty—King Charles II and Thomas Jefferson (who called it "the finest wine in France"). The grapes are hand-harvested, sorted optically, and fermented in custom oak vats with gentle extraction, and then the wines are aged for 18–22 months in 100% new French oak (for structure without overpowering).
