Château Pape Clément

克萊蒙教宗城堡

Château Pape Clément: A Legend of Pessac-Léognan. Founded in 1252 by Bertrand de Goth, who later became Pope Clement V (1305–1314). It is one of Bordeaux’s oldest wine estates, with vines planted before the Avignon Papacy. The pope’s influence helped establish Bordeaux’s wine trade. Extreme quality focus, the house prides itself on low yields, hand-harvesting, 100% gravity-fed winemaking.
