Summer Dreams is the newest wine project by Jayson Woodbridge, of Hundred Acre. You might remember years ago when Jayson produced a white wine that had gold specks in the wine. This is the reincarnation of the brand, minus the gold specks. For this debut, it is a collection of wines from unique micro-vineyards across western Sonoma Coast. Each wine is from hillside vineyard sites chosen for their generous slope ranging from 900 – 1900 feet above sea level and unique sequences of Goldridge soil.
Goldridge soils are rare, fine-grained sandy loam known for excellent drainage, and a characteristically light and fluffy texture. These soils give the wine texture, dimension, acidity, and length that allows the wines of this area to compete with the very best
Chardonnay and Pinot Noir around the world.
