Haton meticulously tends to 60 hectares of vines, including 45 hectares of its own, primarily spread across six prestigious villages in the Vallée de la Marne: Damery, Hautvillers (Premier Cru), Cumières (Premier Cru), Boursault, Fleury la Rivière, Vauciennes, and Cuchery. This exceptional terroir forms the foundation of Haton’s distinctive and high-quality champagnes.

At Haton, every step of the winemaking process is guided by precision, attention to detail, and deliberate choices. While the art of blending is central to Champagne production, Haton also embraces the art of patience and time. Jean-Noël and Sébastien, the masterminds behind the house, place great emphasis on allowing aromas to develop fully and effervescence to mature gracefully. Their commitment to mastering the ageing process ensures each champagne achieves perfect balance and exceptional character.
