Alto Moncayo is a prestigious, critically acclaimed red wine from the Campo de Borja denomination of origin (DO) in Aragón, northeastern Spain. It is renowned for its extreme intensity, concentration, and richness, made almost exclusively from very old-vine Garnacha (Grenache). The wine-maker is Australian, Chris Ringland, a cult-figure known for his powerful, high-scoring Barossa Valley Shiraz. His influence is clear in the wine's bold, concentrated style.
