Certified biodynamic, 100% de-stemmed and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, then gravity-transferred to 1/3 new oak for 18–22 months on fine lees. Old vines from 1944–1978, planted on shallow red clay over limestone in burgundy's Volnay 1er Cru.
- Nose: Raspberries, vine smoke, warm spices, wintergreen, and orange zest — complex, aromatic, and utterly Pinot-expressive
- Palate: Medium-full bodied, ample and fleshy — vibrant red fruit, silky tannins, and fine-boned chalky minerality
