源點 The Starting Point Riesling 2019

This wine presents a moderate lemon green. In the nose, there are rich Riesling characteristics, showcasing green lime, peach, nectarine, and some white flowers in the predictable warm climate expression. On the palate, the 2019 Riesling dry is light, with some lively acidity, a relatively good 12% alcohol content, and the core of mature Riesling fruit, revealing subtle notes of green lime peel, stone fruit, and that hint of white flower. Due to its moderate length, this is one of the better examples of true Riesling in China (many Italian Rieslings are planted), ready to drink now but also expected to continue to improve over the next two to three years. Only 2,376 bottles are produced.
