A Ningxia Wine Back in Time
時光機 Beyond Time was founded in 2017 by French returnees Deng Zhongxiang and Sun Jie, produces affordable terroir wines at the scenic Helan Mountain foothills. Deng, a graduate of Université de Bourgogne, has worked with top estates including Chateau Lascombes and Domaine des Lambrays. As consultant to several Grand Cru wineries, his wines have earned over 100 international gold awards and ranked in James Suckling’s Top 10 Chinese Wines for three years. He’s received multiple honors and serves on key wine committees in Ningxia and Yinchuan, contributing to industry standards and development.
