The Starting Point Cabernet Sauvignon of the 2019 vintage has a deep purple color, its production method is similar to the starting point Cabernet Franc of the 2019 vintage (without the use of sulfur dioxide). In the nose, there are a little saltiness, leafy Cabernet fruit, showing black currant, mulberry, thorns, and black cherry, with some fragrant herbal notes and a subtle taste of new oak (clove, toasted bread, and smoked). On the palate, the 2019 vintage starting point Cabernet Sauvignon has a full-bodied structure, smooth texture, delicate tannins, slightly elevated acidity, and a well-integrated 15% alcohol, providing a dark leafy Cabernet fruit framework with a reasonable concentration. With its moderate to longer length, the 2019 vintage Cabernet Sauvignon has improved quality compared to the 2019 vintage Cabernet Franc. It can be enjoyed now, but aging in the bottle for 3-5 years will further improve. A total of 1,263 bottles were produced.
