A. Lamblot Intuition Nature is the flagship cuvée of the house, crafted primarily from Pinot Meunier with complementary Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The fruit is sourced from old vines across multiple terroirs in the Montagne de Reims, predominantly from the Premier Cru village of Vrigny. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in a combination of oak barrels, stainless steel, and amphorae, the wine undergoes extended lees aging before being bottled as a Brut Nature without dosage or filtration. The result is a vibrant, mineral-driven Champagne with aromas of pear, green apple, white flowers, and a distinct chalky texture. It offers remarkable precision and salinity on the finish, with a fine, persistent mousse that balances richness and freshness in perfect harmony.
