The taste consists of well integrated savory aromas with ripe apple and minerality, just the smallest amount of dried orange peel, biscuit and tobacco notes. And this nuance of a number of quite ripe stone fruit, very nice acidity, the hint of fresh lime peel, a nutty finish, little saline-mineral. Very animating!
