Domaine de Beudon

Alpine Purity in Every Bottle

Domaine de Beudon is a pioneering Swiss winery in Fully, Valais, perched on steep Alpine terraces up to 750 meters. Founded in 1984 by Denis Mercier, it was an early adopter of organic and biodynamic practices, holding both Bio Suisse and Demeter certifications.

The extreme terroir—poor schist soils, intense sun, and cooling glacier winds—yields low volumes of intensely mineral grapes. The estate focuses on traditional Swiss varieties such as Petite Arvine (their signature saline white), Cornalin, and Humagne Rouge. Winemaking is minimalist: native yeasts, no fining or filtration, and minimal sulfur. The resulting wines are pure, vibrant, and expressive of their mountain origin. Domaine de Beudon also produces acclaimed fruit juices, reflecting a holistic, artisanal ethos. With its dramatic views and authentic, terroir-driven bottles, the domaine is a cult favorite among natural wine lovers seeking a true taste of the Swiss Alps.
