A former CEO of France's largest frozen food chain, he abandoned the corporate world to pursue an obsession with wine, transforming legendary estates across Roussillon and Bordeaux before settling his ultimate ambition in Burgundy.

Since 2008, Domaine Decelle & Fils has farmed 8 hectares of certified organic vineyards near Nuits-Saint-Georges with one uncompromising philosophy: vinify every wine as if it were a Grand Cru. Already called "future cult classics" by fine wine insiders. The price hasn't caught up yet.
