Domaine Elodie Jaume Chateauneuf-du-Pape Cabrières 2022 is a terroir-driven Chateauneuf-du-Pape wine that captures a fresher, more aerial side of the appellation. From the historic Cabrières lieu-dit on the northern sector of the appellation, this cuvée is 100% Grenache from ~60-year-old vines, farmed certified organic and biodynamic (Demeter) . Vinified with native yeasts, it sees a long, gentle élevage of 18 months in concrete egg, then bottled without fining or filtration for pure, transparent expression .
Satin Grenache, Serious Length
Expect ripe cherry and wild strawberry, hints of garrigue and spice, plus a refined, lifted palate with satin tannins and a poised, powerful finish.
