Outstanding! This wine is even more aromatically elegant than the Caillerets, with its cool, restrained nose and a beautifully perfumed and ultra-pure essence of red pinot fruit, accented by plenty of mineral nuances. The focus and detail in the vibrant medium-bodied flavors are really lovely, exuding a fine minerality on the delicious, balanced, and exceptionally persistent finish. While not quite as structured or dramatic as the Caillerets, it is equally impressive.
