This Bourgogne Pinot Noir delivers remarkable complexity and typicity. Sourced from prime vineyards in Marsannay, Santenay, Pernand, Monthelie and classic Bourgogne parcels, it bursts with summer pudding fruits, red berries, earthy notes and delicate spices. Unlike Boillot's barrel-aged crus, this vibrant expression undergoes "vinification intégrale" in repurposed barrels, yielding a zesty, energetic palate with firm yet refined tannins and refreshing acidity. Perfect with charcuterie, game dishes or aged cow's milk cheese, it's enjoyable now (decant 25 minutes) or can age gracefully until 2025-2028.
