This wine marks the domaine's first red Corton production, crafted in memory of the late Patrick Bize who always dreamed of vinifying Grand Cru Corton.
Whole Cluster & Minimal Intervention
The domaine employs close to 100% whole cluster fermentation with natural yeasts and gentle foot punch-downs to avoid over-extraction. The wine ages with minimal new oak and only one racking before bottling.
High-Toned Florals & Signature Electricity
The high-toned floral nose reveals bright cherry and earthy notes with a jewel-like texture. The palate is earth-driven and structured, full of bright red cherry notes and soil-tinged minerality - Grand Cru at its finest.
