Made by the celebrated winemaking team behind Domaine Leflaive, one of Burgundy's most revered names, the Leflaive & Associés Auxey-Duresses 2022 sources Chardonnay from certified biodynamic vineyards in the Côte de Beaune.
Aged 12 months in French oak, then six months in stainless steel, it achieves a beautiful marriage of richness and precision. The nose unfolds with white peach, lemon curd, apple tart, and delicate florals, accented by gentle toastiness. On the palate, expect creamy texture, lively acidity, and a clean, mineral finish. A hidden gem from an acclaimed Burgundy house. Ideal with shellfish, roasted chicken, or soft cheese. Drink through 2029.
