Sourced from the historic Hoheburg vineyard—named after the 14th-century Knights of Ruprechtsberg castle—this Premier Cru-level wine comes from 8.3 hectares of Dr. Bürklin-Wolf's prized parcels planted on white and colored sandstone soils in 1975. The estate has championed terroir-driven, dry Riesling since 1994, modeling their classification system after Burgundy with certified biodynamic viticulture since the early 2000s.
