This Chardonnay is crafted from a careful selection of blocks 3 and 6 from vineyard 22, resulting in a wine with an intense and distinct aromatic profile that sets it apart. Harvested between March 22nd and 24th, the must is obtained through direct pressing and static settling, followed by fermentation at 15ºC. After alcoholic fermentation, without undergoing malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 16 months in French oak foudres.
In the glass, it presents a bright pale yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers aromas of white fruits like peach and pear, complemented by floral notes and subtle hints of herbs such as chamomile tea and thyme, evoking the natural environment of the vineyard. The palate is marked by its freshness, depth, vibrancy, and a long, persistent finish. The natural acidity of the Patagonian terroir adds an attractive character and tension, promising longevity and aging potential in the bottle.
