La Spinetta Bricco Quaglia 2025 is the pioneering single-vineyard Italian moscato, first released in 1977. Organic, calcareous-sandy hillside fruit is cool-fermented, then bottled under pressure to preserve its delicate sparkle, natural sweetness and vivid freshness.
Lightly sweet and refined, it offers lychee, peach, candied citrus, fresh flowers and white pepper. The palate is clean and gently effervescent, with a “refined mousse” and “crisp finish.”
