Vosne-Romanée Purity
Jean-Pierre Guyon is a fourth-generation, certified organic winegrower based in Vosne-Romanée in Burgundy. Farming 8.5 hectares including grand crus like Échezeaux, his philosophy emphasizes minimal intervention to express terroir. Certified organic since 2012, he uses traditional methods like Guyot-Poussard pruning and works in sync with the lunar cycle. In the cellar, he employs 100% whole-cluster fermentation with indigenous yeasts and minimal sulfur. His wines, made from old vines, are praised for their purity and are a true "biography" of their prestigious origins.
